O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the G.O.(1D) No.393 School Education (Pa.Ka.5(1)) Department dated 04.10.2019, however the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner restricted the prayer to seeking the remedy granted to the similarly situated persons who already filed writ petitions challenging the G.O.(ID)No.218 School Education (Pa.Ka.5(1) Department dated 20.06.2019, which is sufficient to the petitioner.

2.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court without going into merits of the case, extend the same benefit which was granted by this Court in writ petitions challenging G.O.(ID) No.218 School Education (Pa.Ka.5(1) Department dated 20.06.2019 to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
