This petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for Rs.25,000/- with two 1/3

sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate, Valappady" imposed in the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge(i/c) / I Additional Sessions Judge, Salem in Crl.M.P. No.2718 of 2023 dated 08.09.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned District Munsif - cum - Judicial Magistrate, Valappady within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
