This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to withdraw and transfer the case from the file of Inspector of Police, Moolanoor Police Station to any other police station pending investigation in Crime No.307 of 2017 on the file of the respondent.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed in Crime No.307 of 2017 and charge sheet has also been filed in the year 2017 and thereafter, represented on 11.07.2019 before the Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram, to take cognizance of the final report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
