O R D E R

The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of E.P.No.30 of 2024 on the file of the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Sholinganallur.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 05.11.2024, I called 1/4

for a report from the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate at Sholinganallur to state as to how long he requires to dispose of E.P.No.30 of 2024.

3. The learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate at Sholinganallur has sent a report stating that she is unable to dispose of the execution petition as the records pertaining to R.L.T.O.P.No.45 of 2021 had not been received by their Court from the file of the learned Principal District Munsif at Alandur. Hence, I requested the learned Principal District Munsif at Alandur to intimate to this Court as to when she proposes to send the records to the Court at Sholinganallur.

4. The learned Principal District Munsif at Alandur has sent a report stating that the entire records have been dispatched to the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate's Court at Sholinganallur on 21.11.2024.

5. The reason for the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate at Sholinganallur in not disposing of the execution petition was on account of the lack of records. Now that records have been received. The learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate at 2/4

Sholinganallur shall dispose of E.P.No.30 of 2024 on or before 28.02.2025 and submit a report to this Court.

6. Accordingly, the civil revision petition stands ordered. No costs.
