JUDGMENT

(Delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This appeal is filed by the appellants qua the findings of the learned Single Judge as to how the Will will have to be given effect to. Thus, the parties do not have any objection for the grant of Letters of Administration.

2. We have perused the order of the learned Single Judge. The learned Single Judge has merely recorded the contents of the Will, and, therefore, the same cannot be construed as a positive direction.
