PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents with suitable orders of direction to transfer the investigation of the case pertaining to Crime No.1083 of 2017 dated 16.09.2017 on the file of the fourth respondent police either to the fifth respondent or to any other Special Branch of Investigation to conduct and ensure prompt investigation and fine the final charge sheet in this case.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents with suitable orders of direction to transfer the investigation of the case pertaining to Crime No.1083 of 2017 dated 16.09.2017 on the file of the fourth respondent police either to the fifth respondent or to any other Special Branch of Investigation to conduct and ensure prompt investigation and fine the final charge sheet in this case.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.This petition has been filed for transfer of investigation in Crime No.1083 of 2017 is pending for the period of two years, this Court is not inclined to transfer the investigation as the transferring would affect the investigation. However, the fourth respondent is directed to complete the investigation and fine a final report in Crime No.1083 of 2017 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already filed.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
