PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the Judgment and decree dated 21.02.2017 made in I.A.No.51 of 2017 in O.P.No.536 of 2014 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Tambaram.

O R D E R
(This case has been heard through video conference) When the matter is taken up today, the learned Counsel for the respondent would submit that this Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order passed by the Sub Judge, Tambaram in I.A.No.51 of 2017 in H.M.O.P.No.536 of 2014 dated 21.02.2017 seeking to eschew the evidence of P.W.1.
2. He would submit that originally the evidence was given by the Power of Attorney of the respondent/wife and it was sought to be eschewed, by the petitioner / husband. However, now the respondent herself has appeared before the Court and given her evidence and thereby, nothing survives for adjudication.
3. At this juncture, Mr.A.Sriram (Enrolment No.1997/2015) representing the learned Counsel for the petitioner would seek permission of this Court to withdraw the petition.
4. In view of the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition 2/4
stands dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
