This petition has been filed seeking bail in Crime No.604 of 2024 for the alleged offences under Sections 3(1), 3(2)(a), 3(2)(b), 4(1), 4(2)(c), 5(1)(a), 5(1)(d), of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) act, 1956 read with 143(a)(d)(f), 144(2), 318(4), 351(2) of BNS 2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner was detained under the Goondas Act (Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and he also produced a copy of the detention order dated 01.10.2024.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
