The petitioner has presented these two applications. By A.No.5216 of 2022, the petitioner seeks leave to exhibit the documents described in the schedule to the Judge's summons. By A.No.5215 of 2022, the petitioner seeks leave to file a rejoinder to the counter.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that these documents are relevant for purposes of the petition. This contention is refuted by learned counsel for the respondents, who states that these documents relate to an earlier period and are irrelevant.

4. Upon considering the above contentions, A.No.5216 of 2022 is liable to be allowed subject to objections by the respondents inter alia on grounds of admissibility, relevance and proof. A.No.5215 of 2022 is allowed as prayed for. The parties state that the matter is at the trial stage.

5. List the matter before the learned Master on 21.12.2022 for recording evidence.
