C.M.P.No.20232 of 2022 in S.A.SR.No.745 of 2022 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.

This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 198 days in re-presenting S.A.SR.No.745 of 2022.

2.In the affidavit filed in support of the said petition, it had been stated that unfortunately owing to Covid - 19 pandemic papers could not be collected from the Registry to rectify the defects pointed out by the Registry.

3.At any rate, since it would only be appropriate that the Second Appeal is examined on merits, the delay in representing is condoned. The Registry to number S.A.SR.No.745 of 2022, if it is otherwise in order.
