Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.05.2013 to the first respondent to conduct an enquiry to cancel the sale deed registered as document No.14115 and the Power of Attorney registered as document No.2693/2012 on the file of the third respondent.

O R D E R

The relief sought in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.05.2013, for conducting an enquiry to cancel the sale deed registered as document No.14115 and the Power of Attorney registered as document No.2693/2012 on the file of the third respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner's representation dated 13.05.2013 was considered by the first respondent and order was also passed and therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
