This petition has been filed to transpose the Criminal Revision Petition in Crl.R.C.No.1195 of 2018 as a Criminal Appeal against the judgment dated 23.02.2016 in S.T.C.No.1316 of 2014 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Coimbatore.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the Criminal Miscellaneous petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to convert the Criminal Revision as Criminal Appeal and post the matter before concerned Court for Admission.
