This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 09.08.2023 in Crl.MP.No.11718 of 2023 to report before the Special Court for NDPS cases, Coimbatore, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Special Court for NDPS cases, Coimbatore, two weeks once i.e., on alternative Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the charges are framed and thereafter, during the Court hearing dates, except for unforeseen circumstances.
