The present Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose the representation of the petitioner dated 19.07.2025 and initiate suitable proceedings against the 3rd respondent in accordance with law.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is having a property situated at No.61/1B, Shridi Saibaba Temple, NH45 Trichy National Highways, Pallapattu, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District and Patta No.245 was also assigned to the said property, while so, some 3rd parties are creating problems over the said property and a proceedings have been initiated and the DRO has passed an order on the appeal. Inspite of the said order, the 3rd respondent with political influence and rowdy elements have made sale of agreement over the property, therefore, several representations have been given to the respondents, since no has been taken, the petitioner has come up with the present petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that based on the representation of the petitioner, investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before Page 2 / 4

the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tindivanam.
