Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the application submitted by the petitioner dated 26.09.2023 for making payment under One Time Settlement (OTS) pertaining to loan account of M/s.Annai Abirami Traders, OCC Account No.6529062599.

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.T.Ramachandran, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an application is filed for One Time Settlement, but the respondent Bank is not considering the said application.
3. In case the petitioner has the right to seek for One Time Settlement or in case Non-Discretionary and Non-Discriminatory scheme is in operation, then the petitioner can move the Banking Ombudsman.
4. With these aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.29095 of 2023 is closed.
