Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.BALASUBRAMANIAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MS.A.ANUSUYA, ADVOCATE on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by Mr.V.Balasubramaniam, learned counsel for the petitioner / Management, that final orders have been passed on 29.03.2021, pursuant to which, the employee was permitted to join duty.
