This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para No. 8(a) by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 20714 of 2024 vide an order dated 04.09.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every first day of English Calender Month for a period of three months.
