The relief sought for in this Writ Petition by the petitioners is only before the Civil Court. Under the guise of forbearing the second respondent from interfering with the petitioners' peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property in question, the petitioners cannot try to frustrate the civil dispute. The Writ Petition is pending from 2002 onwards. No useful purpose is going to be served if the relief sought for is going to be granted now. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. W.P.M.P. is closed.
