ORDER

This Court, vide order dated 17.12.2024, has condoned the delay of 55 days in filing the appeal in AS.SR.No.66731 of 2024, subject to the payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- to the State Legal Service Authority, within a period of 10 days.

2. It appears that the papers were subsequently misplaced and, upon request, the bundle was re-constructed. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has inadvertently failed to take note of the conditional

order, directing the payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- to the State Legal Service Authority. Hence, the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed, seeking extension of time to pay the costs of Rs.1,000/- imposed in the order dated 17.12.2024 made in CMP No.11880 of 2024 in AS.SR.No.66731 of 2024.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
