ORDER

The petitioner is the wife. The respondent is the husband. The petitioner/wife is a permanent resident of Ookiyam at Thoraipakkam in Chennai. They were married on 27.05.2018. From the wedlock, a boy baby was born to them on 15.11.2019. The husband, who is a resident of Pudukottai, has

initiated a proceeding in HMOP.No.41 of 2022 for restitution of conjugal rights before the Sub court at Thirumayam.

2. The wife being a resident of Thoraipakkam, finds it difficult to travel to Thirumayam for the purpose of attending the proceedings.

3. The husband, though served in this transfer civil miscellaneous petition on 23.12.2023, has not entered appearance through a counsel, nor is he appearing in person to oppose the case.

4. Taking into consideration the difficulties expressed by the wife, HMOP.No.41 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of the Sub Court at Thirumayam and is transferred to the file of the Sub Court at Alandhur.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
