This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.14184 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.12608 of 2023, dated 8.9.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.14184 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.12608 of 2023, dated 8.9.2023, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court Crl.MP.No.14184 of in Crl.OP.No.12608 of 2023, dated 8.9.2023, is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
