This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent which was communicated by the second respondent on 05.01.2016 and quash the same and thereby direct the first respondent to give all the benefits to the petitioner under the category of 'Squatters' as per the notification given by the Highways Department.

2. When the matter was listed on 20.01.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 21.01.2022 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 21.01.2022, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
