W.M.P.No.31653 of 2024 in W.P.No.42887 of 2016 W.M.P.No.31653 of 2024 in W.P.No.42887 of 2016 R.N.MANJULA,J., This petition is filed to extend the time for disposing the matter remanded by common order dated 27.07.2023 in W.P.No.42886, 42887 of 2016 and 16932 of 2019 by twelve weeks.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and taking note of the fact that there is no review petition is pending, the learned I-Additional Labour Court, Chennai, is directed to dispose of the matter within a period of four weeks.

In view of the above, the present Petition is allowed.
