This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para 4 upon the petitioner by an order dated 13.09.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.13943 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.16619 of 2023.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
