This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20606 of 2023 dated 08.09.2023 with a condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned jurisdictional Court.
