Crl.M.P.No.17380 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.17380 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.21575 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner on his release from the prison shall report before the Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Chennai on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21575 of 2022 by order dated 28.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions and charge sheet has been filed before the Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Chennai.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21575 of 2022 by an order dated 28.09.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Chennai on the first working day of December 2022 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned trial Judge.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
