This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.3070 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.1987 of 2023 dated 03.03.2023 and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
