The petitioner has filed this petition to set aside the order dated 14.09.2023 allowing E.P.No.5103 of 2022 in O.S.No.3879 of 2019, passed by the learned IX Assistant City Civil Judge, Chennai. 1\4

2. Heard, Mr.M.Arvind Subramaniam, learned Senior counsel for M/s.Akshaya Kamala learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.S.Nambirajan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the learned Appellate Judge who is dealing with A.S.No.88 of 2022 was transferred last week, and there is no progress in the appeal proceedings.

4. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the appeal was reserved for orders. The revision petitioner has filed an application to receive additional document and the same was dismissed and now the case is ripe for disposal.

Considering the fact that as on date the Presiding Officer was transferred, and the officer who in charge of the said Court is dealing with the matter, this Court directs the Presiding Officer who is in charge of the suit is directed to dispose of the appeal within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, this Civil Revision petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
