This petition has been filed to permit the petitioner herein to assist the prosecution through his private counsel and also permit his counsel to make his submissions in Crl.R.C.No.798 of 2018.

3. It is seen that petitioner herein is the defacto complainant and he is the necessary party to this case.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of this petition, the Criminal Miscellaneous petition is ordered.

5. Registry is directed to impleade the petitioner as second respondent in the main Criminal Revision and also carryout necessary amendment in the main petition.
