The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the first respondent is no more and the 2nd respondent is none other than the son of first respondent. Since the Legal representative of the first respondent is already on record, there is no abatement of the matter. The 2nd respondent is recorded as L.R of the deceased first respondent.

2. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
