ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the order dated 10.03.2022 passed by this Court in W.A. No.558 of 2022. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Silambanan, learned Additional Advocate General-II, furnished a copy of the rejection order in proceedings dated 18.05.2023 issued by the second respondent.

In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication and accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed.
