Mr.S.Yashwanth, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondents 1 to 4, Mr.S.Prabhu, learned counsel for M/s.Jury Brain Law Offices accepts notice for 8th respondent and Mr.R.Saravanakumar, learned counsel accepts notice for the respondents 30, 34, 37, 40, 44 & 46.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners wants to give up the respondents 62 to 72 in the present petition as well as in the main writ appeal. Recording the said submission, the respondents 62 and 72 are removed from the array of parties.

3. Though there are totally 72 respondents, except for six respondents, notice have been served. Normally, a petition for condonation of delay would be disposed of only after serving notice to all the respondents. However, in the present case, there are many number of private respondents and the majority of them have already been served. vji addresses have been shown in the cause list. This indicates that the majority of the respondents have no interest in pursuing the matter. Moreover, it is a condone delay stage for condoning the short delay of 119 days only, therefore, at this stage, this Court, being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, allows the petition and the delay stands condoned.
