This petition has been filed to relax the condition "report before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under the TNPID Act, Chennai at 10.30 a.m., on 1st working day of 1st & 3rd week of every English Calendar month until further orders"

imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.9866 of 2023 vie an order date 21.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13273 of 2023in Crime No.163 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court once in a month, ie.,1st Saturday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
