This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 31.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.12606 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15450 of 2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, weekly twice at 10.30 a.m., as fixed by the respondent police, until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in every two weeks (i.e.,) Monday before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as directed by the trial Court.
