This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9105 of 2025 dated 27.03.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is regularly appearing before the respondent police, investigation completed and the final report will be filed in due course.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9105 of 2025 dated 27.03.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders stands relaxed.
