Rs.50,00,000/- imposed in para No.7(i) of the order dated 25.07.2025 made in Crl.M.P.No.14465 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1467 of 2024 on the file of this Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking modification of the conditions imposed by this Court in para No.7(i) in Crl.M.P.No.14465 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1467 of 2024 dated 25.07.2025 to deposit the original deed of a property which is not less than the value of Rs.50,00,000/-.

2. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, instead of original title deed of the property, the petitioner is ready and willing to deposit any reasonable fine amount.

3. In view of the above, the condition imposed in para No.7(i) in Crl.M.P.No.14465 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1467 of 2024 dated 25.07.2025 is modified as follows:

The petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.50 lakhs to the credit of C.C.No.17 of 2013 on the file of the learned Special Judge, Special Court under TNPID Act, Coimbatore and on such deposit, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail.

4. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
