This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.17975 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.868 of 2018 dated 27.12.2018 that the petitioner shall report before the learned XII Additional Special Judge for CBI cases at Chennai, on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned XII Additional Special Judge for CBI cases, Chennai, once in every six months starting from Jan-2023.
