This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in a week i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders passed in Crl.M.P.No.9577 of 2023 dated 18.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11869 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in a month at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned jurisdictional Court.
