Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the official respondents to take immediate steps upon the representations given by the petitioner on 02.02.2022 and 06.05.2022 for removal of the encroachment and unauthorized construction by the 7th Respondent herein on public pathway in S.No.780/ A3, in Plot No.129 situated in the Onalvadi Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.R.Rajavignesh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.A.Edwin Prabakar, learned State Government Pleader, assisted by Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 to 6 and Mr.R.Bharath Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.7.

2. The petitioner alleges encroachment on the part of the seventh respondent on the public pathway in S.No.780/A3 in Plot

No.129 situated in the Onalvadi Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

3. The learned State Government Pleader has placed on record the extracts of S.No.780/A3 which suggests that the said land is a patta land.

In light of that, we are not inclined to pass any orders in the matter. The writ petition, as such, is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
