This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders passed in Crl.O.P.No.18577 of 2023 dated 22.08.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in a week at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, on every every alternate monday at 10.30 a.m., before the trial Court till framing of the charges and thereafter, as directed by the concerned jurisdictional Court.
