O R D E R

This petition for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Crime No.103 of 2025 registered by the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 351(2), 329(1), 324(5) of The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 r/w 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002. 1/3

2. The case arises out of an earlier incident involving the son of the de-facto complainant and the petitioners. It is alleged that the petitioners, along with A1 and A2, trespassed into the house of the de-facto complainant, damaged household articles, and attacked the son of the de-facto complainant with a weapon. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that A1 and A2 have already been secured and are in judicial custody.

4. This Court, considering the nature of the case, is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is also one of the named accused.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 20.08.2025 nvi To
