The blanket police protection cannot be granted on a vague allegation that the neighbour land owner who has obtained the police protection order from this Hon'ble Court. It is the responsibility of the police, if any disturbance or violence is committed when the person's enjoyment of the property is disturbed. The police protection for the sake of fear of disturbance from the neighbours will be an endless process.
2. The petition is frivolous without any specific allegations and the need for police protection.
3. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
