This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 699 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Despite the receipt of notice, neither the respondent appeared nor entered appearance through their counsel.

4. The first petitioner would aver that due to the death of her husband on account of the accident, she was not in a position to mobilize funds to prepare appeal and hence, delay of 699 days occurred in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
