Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to issue directions directing the respondents with regards to the FIR No.529 of 2016 dated 27-3-2016 under Section 4 of Human harassment Act and 506 (i) of IPC and investigate the same and file a final report in the above FIR. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue directions directing the respondents with regards to the FIR No.529 of 2016 dated 27-3-2016 under Section 4 of Human harassment Act and 506 (i) of IPC and investigate the same and file a final report in the above FIR.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side)would submit that the respondent police has completed the investigation in FIR No.529 of 2016 and filed the final report before the IXth Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
