Respondents Prayer : Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents 1 and 2 police to give police protection for constructing the compound wall in petitioner premises based on the representation dated 04.02.2021 given by the petitioner. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection for constructing the compound wall in petitioner's premises based on the representation dated 04.02.2021 given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents on 04.02.2021 on the strength of the decree obtained by her in O.S.No.117 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif, Chengalpet dated 12.10.2017 and the respondents have not taken any action so far.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the representation said to have been given by the petitioner on 04.02.2021 is not available with the second respondent; therefore, the petitioner may be directed to give fresh representation.

5. In that case, the petitioner is at liberty to give a fresh representation to the second respondent. On receipt of the same, the second respondent shall conduct proper enquiry and do the needful in accordance with law and during that course, the decree said to have been obtained by the petitioner in O.S.No.117 of 2016, shall also be considered.
