The petitioner apprehending arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 8(c), 22(b), 25 and 29(1) of NDPS Act, 1985, in Crime No.210 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner herein is a supplier of narcotic drugs to the college students. An FIR in Crime No.210 of 2025 registered by the respondent Police reveals that narcotic drugs were recovered from two persons and on their confession, the name of the petitioner was disclosed as the supplier of the drug.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that the petitioner is having seven previous cases of different in nature and the investigation reveals that he had started involving in drug pedaling.
4. Considering the nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this anticipatory bail petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
