This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 31.7.2023 in Crl.OP.No.16710 of 2023, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court every Friday at 10.30 am., till the charge sheet is taken on file and thereafter during the Court hearing dates without fail, except for unforeseen circumstances till the completion of the trial.
