Crl.O.P.No.26288 of 2024 filed under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. to direct the first respondent to comply with the order passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate for Exclusive Trial of cases registered and investigated by CCB Greater Chennai Police, Egmore, Chennai-600 008 in Crl.M.P.No.20574 of 2024 by order dated 25.06.2024 and consequently direct the first respondent to register the FIR in 2 / 5

Crl.O.P.No.26555 of 2024 filed under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. to direct the first respondent to comply with the order passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate for Exclusive Trial of cases registered and investigated by CCB Greater Chennai Police, Egmore, Chennai-600 008 in Crl.M.P.No.20571 of 2024 by order dated 25.06.2024 and consequently direct the first respondent to register the FIR in accordance with law.
