This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.09.2022 pending in CSR No.195 of 2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint on 08.09.2022, to take action against the persons who had damaged the advertisement board of the Kids Club school placed above the shops which the petitioner had let out for rent in Punniavathi Salai, Kangeyam Road, Tiruppur; but, so far no action has been taken by the 2nd respondent police.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, current paper enquiry has been initiated in CSR No.195 of 2022 and it was closed on 10.09.2022 on the undertaking given by the parties that the matter does not require further action.

5. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner denies the alleged acceptance given for the closure of the complaint. If the petitioner has got any grievance on the closure report, he is at liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings under Section 156(3) or 200 Cr.P.C.

6. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
