ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble S.S.Sundar J.) This Contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 24.04.2024 in W.P.No.8084 of 2022.

2. The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation has submitted that the respondent-Corporation has complied with the order of this Court made in W.P.No. 8084 of 2024, dated 24.04.2024. The learned Standing Counsel has also produced a copy of the proceedings issued by the respondent in Roc.No. 908/2023/F1, dated 31.01.2025 to that effect.
